Outdoor Kitchen Appliance Specialist

Wayne Bergin specializes in outdoor kitchens and appliances and currently serves as Territory Manager for Barbeque specialty retailers and the Landscape Design Division of SunWest Appliance Distributing.

Bergin enjoys gourmet grilling as well as traditional barbequing and has extensive culinary training as well as more than 35 years of competitive barbeque cook-off experience.  In fact, prior to joining SunWest, he competed extensively in top barbeque competitions across the Midwest and southern United States.

Bergin’s duties at SunWest include live cooking demonstrations featuring Viking Professional Outdoor Series products.  Traveling to regional food and wine events, cooking schools and special retailer events gives him the opportunity to educate others, sharing his wealth of knowledge about the art of barbeque and the capabilities of these cutting-edge outdoor products.

Bergin resides in Sun City, Arizona with Alice, his wife of more than 22 years.  The Bergin’s are originally from Lansing, Michigan.
