The 2011 Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame Awards recognize outstanding achievement in the culinary field. This year's categories include: 

• Chef Extraordinaire - Outstanding chef who continues to distinguish him- or her self with innovative, quality cuisine. Qualifications: Must currently operate in a venue located in Arizona. Must have been a chef for at least 5 years.
   
• Pastry Chef Extraordinaire - Outstanding pastry chef who continues to distinguish him- or her self with innovative, quality pastries. Qualifications: Must currently operate in a venue located in Arizona. Must have been a pastry chef for at least 5 years.
   
• Exceptional Establishment - Progressive restaurant or restaurant group that has made valuable contributions to the surrounding community. Qualifications: Must have at least one establishment in Arizona.
